Welcome to the Alfaisal University Policies and Procedures centralized website. This site has been established to provide a unified, reliable, and accessible source of information on the policies, regulations, and procedures that govern the academic and administrative operations of the university. As a leading institution in higher education, Alfaisal University continuously strives to uphold best practices aligned with national regulations and international benchmarks. By organizing policies in a clear and comprehensive manner, the aim is to support informed decision-making, strengthen institutional governance, and ensure that all stakeholders (i.e., faculty, staff, and students) are empowered with the information they need to fulfill their roles effectively. Policies have been arranged according to departments.
When creating policies a standard template should be utilized (Policy template or see Figure 1). A new or revised policy proposal created by an office or department is normally first evaluated by the institution’s Accreditation and Quality Assurance Committee. Then it is submitted to the University Council for final approval before being published on the Alfaisal University website (Figure 2).
