This course defines, explains, and illustrates the concept of Land Law, real estates and interests in land, freehold titles, buying and selling registered and unregistered land, modes of acquisition of title to land, freehold and leasehold estates, trust titles, easements, usufructuaries, contractual encumbrances, freehold covenants and Torrens land settlement and registration systems.
