This Policy will be effective from 1st of January, 2016 for all the new arrivals/faculties which is as follows:
- Complimentary stay of nine (9) nights in 3-star hotel as follows:

- Services during complimentary stay:
- Airport pickup by AU Cars
- To & from transportation to AU
- Transportation for Iqama Medical Test, driving license and opening up of bank account
- Searching for permanent housing as follows:
- Facility will provide 3 options for selection
- New faculty need to select one of the offered housing options or search on their own for alternatives
- If they choose to stay beyond nine (9) nights then they will have to pay for it from their housing allowance (at their own expense)
- Responsibility of accommodation for facility department will end after the signing of the first contract between landlord and employee.
