Provides a multidisciplinary exploration of the cultural heritage, traditions, and contemporary society of Saudi Arabia. The course examines key dimensions of Saudi culture, including history, Islamic heritage, language, arts, literature, cuisine, social customs, values, and regional diversity. It also considers the relationship between tradition and social transformation in contemporary Saudi Arabia. Through critical inquiry and cultural engagement, students develop a deeper understanding of Saudi society and strengthen the cultural awareness and cross-cultural communication skills needed to engage effectively in diverse personal, professional, and global contexts.
