Advanced Seminar in Communication develops students’ skills in effective oral and professional communication. Students learn to design and deliver compelling, audience-centered presentations using rhetorical strategies, storytelling, evidence, visual aids, and effective verbal and nonverbal communication. The course emphasizes audience analysis, persuasive speaking, active listening, intercultural communication, and strategies for managing public speaking anxiety. Through practical and collaborative activities, students develop the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively across a range of professional contexts.
